Situated on the Bungenäs peninsula on the Swedish island of Gotland, the bunker was renovated into a summer house. Most parts of building are hidden underground while each level is connected through the cylinder space. Several rooms in the first and second basement floors needed acoustic solution and enclosure on the side facing the cylinder space. Studio Akane Moriyama created knitted curtains made of copper and wool for these rooms. While feature of copper makes it possible to shape the form of curtain and reflect the light slightly, the wool absorbs sound and gives warm impression to the space.
